Integrated additional heater for vending machines intended for outdoor operation is mainly used to ensure reliable operation of the machine during the winter months when temperatures drop below freezing.
Technical solution
- Type of heating: electric heating element (most commonly PTC ceramic or resistance heating element).
- Location: integrated into the machine cabinet space - usually near the payment system, electronics and cooling module to prevent condensation and moisture from freezing.
- Regulation: thermostat or electronic control with automatic switching when the temperature drops below the set value (e.g. +5 °C).
- Performance: commonly 100–300 W depending on the size of the machine and the type of insulation.
- Power: 230 V (connected to the internal power circuit of the machine).
